The properties are owned by Brian and Terri Bailey, both of whom are UCSB graduates. They bought their first Isla Vista property in 1987. They have a son, 2 dogs, and live in Goleta. They value the relationships they have with their tenants and their goal is to provide good student housing and maintain open communication with their tenants. Over the last two years they have remodeled several of their properties to include granite countertops, dishwashers and tile throughout their units. It is not uncommon for their tenants to rent from them several years in a row. They enjoy working with students and look forward to meeting you.
